Inaniwa Udon
A famous product of Akita, counted as one of the three major udon types in Japan.
Inaniwa Udon is made using the traditional "te-nobe" method that has been passed down for a long time. It is characterized by its smooth texture, elegant taste, and slippery mouthfeel. It is recommended to eat it with tempura, rolled omelets, onigiri, and other dishes!
