Ari-ran Ramen
A local noodle dish originated in Futtsu, with plenty of garlic.
This is a stamina-packed ramen with a soup base made from onions, and plenty of garlic, pork, Chinese chives, and green onions. It can only be eaten at a limited number of shops, and is called "ramen of the unexplored region" due to its location in a hard-to-reach mountainous area. However, it is so popular that even on weekdays, there are long lines.
