Hirado Wagyu

"A phantom wagyu" that hardly circulates outside the prefecture.

Cattle in Hirado, raised in the beautiful sea and nature, are said to have a sweet and tender meat texture because the grazing grass is exposed to sea breeze and gives minerals. The marbling is fine and the balance between red meat and fat is just right, so it can be enjoyed deliciously with any dish such as yakiniku or steak. A strong sweetness spreads in the mouth with every bite...!

One of the three major champon dishes in Japan, along with Nagasaki Champon and Obama Champon.
