Todoroki Falls

Omura Sushi

Isahaya Eel

Especially, the kabayaki (grilled eel) cooked with Isahaya's traditional grilling technique is steamed just right, making it plump and difficult to cool down, resulting in a unique melt-in-your-mouth texture. Try the exquisite Isahaya eel that lives up to the name of Isahaya's eel culture that has been continuing since the Edo period.
Omura Hormone
Not heavy! High-quality fat hormone.
There is a district called "Hormone Road" where food stalls and shops selling hormone lined up several decades ago, and citizens who bought hormone there and brought it home to eat increased. Therefore, hormone is still said to be one of Omura's soul foods. Omura's hormone has high-quality fat and is not heavy, so even those who are not good at hormone may be able to overcome it.
Isahaya Okoshi
Okoshi made from non-glutinous rice and using "Kara-aku".
What makes it different from regular okoshi is the use of "Kara-aku", a material made of sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate. This Kara-aku is also used in Nagasaki's champon noodles. It has a unique flavor and appetite-enhancing effect, and its slight sweetness makes it a nostalgic snack.
