A local cuisine of Iwaki, made by mixing minced sanma with miso, ginger, and other condiments, shaping it into a small, round patty, and grilling it. It doesn't have the characteristic fishy smell of sanma, so you can fully enjoy its flavor. It can be eaten like a hamburger, so it's very popular with children.
