Setagaya Park is equipped with a convenient parking lot. The parking lot is located right in front of the softball field, which can also be used as a soccer field. Although the number of available parking spaces is not very large, with about 30 spaces (including 2 for wheelchairs), the location right in front of the park is very convenient. The basic usage fee is 100 yen for 30 minutes. Additionally, the available usage times for Setagaya Park's parking lot are determined by season. From April 1st to October 31st, the parking lot is available from 5:40am to 9:20pm. From November 1st to November 30th, the parking lot is available from 5:40am to 5:30pm. From December 1st to March 31st, the parking lot is available from 6:40am to 5:30pm. Let's enjoy the park while being mindful of the season and available usage times for the parking lot!

Easy Access to a Park Near the Station

Setagaya Park is located in a great location that can be accessed easily via two train lines: the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line and the Setagaya Line. It's about a 15-minute walk from the station. In addition, there are Tokyu bus routes operating in the vicinity, allowing you to visit with just one bus ride without transferring from major stations such as Shibuya Station. Of course, the park also has a fully equipped parking lot, making it possible to visit by car. However, please note that parking is paid, so it's recommended to use public transportation for easy access and to fully enjoy your outing!

9月上旬のお昼頃行きました。公園の駐車場は満車覚悟で行くも空いており、30分100円。広い公園で売店があるのが嬉しいポイントです。ご飯ものや焼きそば等はありませんが、外で遊ぶ遊具や子供向けのお菓子、アイスクリーム等。かき氷が250円で凄いボリュームでした！！キッチンカーが2台出ており、一つはフランス料理店のハンバーグランチが850円くらいで良心的でお子様向けメニューもありましたよ。ミニSLは大人100円、未就学児は無料でした。是非、また行きたいです。

行列の出来るドーナツ屋さんへ行く途中にあります。初めて来ましたが、世田谷にこんな広い公園があるとは知らなかった。噴水広場が中心にあり、緑豊かな公園です。公園の西側半分は運動公園になっていて、野球、サッカー、テニス、アーチェリー、スケートボード等楽しめます。それとＤ51型蒸気機関車が展示されてます。子供が乗れるミニSLは水曜日と土日祝日に運行します。

とても広い公園です。近くに飲食出来る場所やフードカーも止まっていたので、天気の良い日は1日遊べそう。園内にはD51が展示されてます。車内には入れませんが、外観だけでも迫力ありました。信号付きのカートは子供がとても楽しんでました。休日だったので、とても混んでいましたが、時間制なのですぐにまた遊べたので、喜んでました。他にも簡易的なアスレチックや豆電車。噴水など小さい子供が楽しめる要素が沢山ありました。また、野球場やテニスコートなどもあるので、近所にあると嬉しい施設ですね。テントやビニールシートを貼って家族で過ごすのにも良さそうです。
