Shimokitazawa, affectionately known as "Shimokita," is a place where the retro scenery of a "college town" remains due to its proximity to Kokushikan University, Meiji University, and the University of Tokyo campuses. On the top floor of the "Carrot Tower," a complex facility located in front of Sangenjaya Station, there is a free observation deck lobby and a cafe, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the night view.
