While retaining the remnants of the former Tokyo Central Post Office, which was built in the 1930s, KITTE has been reborn as a modern complex facility with designs of Showa modernism seen in some places. The director's room on the fourth floor uses materials from that time, such as the floor and glass windows, and some parts have been reproduced. This room has a nostalgic atmosphere and is equipped with a desk and chair, still functioning as a space where you can write a letter while thinking of someone. Why not try writing a letter to someone special when visiting for shopping or sightseeing?
