Tsukahara Plateau is an area where high-altitude mountains, including Mt. Yufu, are lined up, making it an ideal place for trekking. In particular, the Yufu-dake Front Route offers a spectacular view of about 2.5 hours uphill and 2 hours downhill, and is a popular route among many trekking enthusiasts. Additionally, the Yufu-dake East Climbing Route, which takes about 2.5 hours uphill and 2 hours downhill, also offers beautiful scenery, but is known as a intermediate-level course for cars above a certain level of difficulty compared to the Front Route. Furthermore, the Kagamiyama Trekking Course is a trekking course where you can enjoy the bubbling sound and smoke of the crater for about 2.5 hours round trip, and from the top you can overlook the Tsukahara Plateau. When trekking, be sure to prepare appropriate equipment and physical fitness, and enjoy it safely!
