Enjoy the Scenery at Saga's Premier Scenic Spot

Senkaku Bay Aguni Island Amusement Park is a collective name for five small bays that stretch along the coast for about 3km from Himezu to Kitahiki. It offers stunning views that are said to be no less impressive than the world-renowned Hardangerfjord in Norway, attracting many tourists every day. The "Yusen Bridge" in Senkaku Bay Aguni Island Amusement Park is known as a filming location for the movie "Your Name" by Shochiku. From the bridge on the coast, also known as "Machiko Bridge," you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Additionally, from the "Ageshima Observatory" located at the end of the bridge, you can view the entire Senkaku Bay. Be sure to stop by this bridge, which is a must-visit spot for movie fans and a spectacular view spot.

Board a Submarine to See the Underwater World

At Senkaku Bay Aguni Amusement Park, you can board a submarine and observe the underwater world that you normally can't see. Moreover, the view from the ship is not limited to just the underwater scenery. The 360-degree panoramic view, which allows you to see the surrounding scenery well, is a breathtaking view that can only be experienced by those who board the ship. The fee is 1400 yen for adults and 700 yen for children, and the required time is about 15 minutes.

The "Ageshima Sea Digital Museum" located in the Senkaku Bay Ageshima Amusement Park is an aquarium that reopened in April 2023 after renovation. Arrive in about 60 minutes from each port

Senkaku Bay Agarijima Amusement Park is a scenic spot that can be reached in about 60 minutes from each port in Sado. It takes about 60 minutes by car from "Ryotsu Port" and about 65 minutes by car from "Ogi Port". As parking is fully equipped, it is recommended to go by private car or taxi when sightseeing. In addition, Senkaku Bay Agarijima Amusement Park is about 30 minutes away from "Sado Kinzan", a representative tourist spot in Sado, so it's also a good idea to visit both places together.
