"Oono Kame" in the northern coast of Sado Island, Niigata Prefecture, is a breathtaking tourist spot made up of a 167-meter-high massive rock. In early summer, the "Tobishima Kanzo" blooms, covering the rock in bright yellow flowers. Every year in June, during the peak viewing season for the flowers, the "Sado Kanzo Festival" is held, attracting many tourists daily.
