The History and Charm of Asama Onsen Dating Back to Ancient Times
Asama Onsen is believed to have existed since the ancient Asuka period. It first appeared in 698 AD and was known to the capital city due to the existence of burial mounds. During the Edo period, the lord of Matsumoto Castle visited, and during the Meiji period, it was loved by literary figures such as Yosano Akiko and Takehisa Yumeji. 温泉には入ってないけど、街並みを歩いて、昭和の世界に飛び込んだ時間に心地よい気持ちになった。 大切な人と 本箱見たり、ラーメン博もやってて、若い子のライブも見れて、思わず口元が緩んだ。 また 大切な人と来よう。

GoToトラベルで、松本に1泊旅行に行った際に、寄らせて頂きました。 あまり時間が無く、施設前の無料の足湯を利用させていただきましたが、お天気も良く、紅葉も楽しめ、足湯を堪能出来ました。 コロナ対策も施され、安心して利用出来ましたが、次は全身で、堪能したいですね。(^o^)

松本市の伝統的温泉地、旅館、ホテルと日帰り温泉施設、地元の公衆温泉、歓楽街はありません。温泉街の中のコンビニはローソンのみ。市街地に近いので、出かければなんでもあります。 アルカリ性単純温泉(低張性アルカリ性高温泉)、PH9ぐらい。 松本駅からバス利用の方、温泉街の手前までと温泉街の中では50円ほど違います。
