A Scenic Plateau Away from the City
Norikura Kogen is a magnificent plateau with breathtaking views that can be reached by public transportation. Transfer from JR Matsumoto Station to the Matsumoto Dentetsu Line, and get off at Shin-Shimashima Station. From there, take the Alpico bus and arrive at the plateau in about 50 minutes. If you're coming by plane, take the Airport Shuttle from Shinshu Matsumoto Airport to Matsumoto Station. If you want to spend a relaxing time in nature a little away from the city, please come and visit.
