The story goes that he touched the blessings of the hot springs in this area and healed his mind and body, which still resonates with people today. Access

Access Information to Iwakura Onsen
Access to Iwakura Onsen is smooth by public transportation or car. If using public transportation, take the bus bound for "Higashi-Ome Station" from the south exit of Seibu Ikebukuro Line Isehara Station and get off at Iwakura Onsen Bus Stop in about 20 minutes. Alternatively, take the Seibu bus bound for "Isehara Station South Exit" from the north exit of JR Ome Line Higashi-Ome Station and get off at Iwakura Onsen Bus Stop in about 20 minutes. If coming by car, take the Chuo Expressway Hachioji JCT and pass through the Kan-etsu Expressway Ome IC, and arrive at the destination in about 10 minutes from the Ome IC. It's easy to travel by car as well.

サンリオピューロランドの帰りに泊まりました。 帰り道付近の温泉で探しましたが…大当たりでした! 岩蔵温泉で唯一の旅館。 築140年?らしいのですが、数年前にリノベーションしたとの事で、古い所と新しい所がいい塩梅… とても居心地が良かったです。 部屋もベースは古いですが、要所要所リノベーションしており、きれいでした。 お風呂はさらりとした温泉で、熱くもなくぬるくもなく…気持ちよかったです。 遠い方のお風呂は途中ほぼ外を通るので、冬は寒いですが、それも楽しい。 古い温泉は汚れとか割と気になる方なんですが、ここはそんなこともなくきれいでした。 今回はご飯食べなかったので、次来る時はご飯も食べたいですね〜

向かいの青梅カフェに「儘多屋で今日はケーキ食べられます」とあり、訪問。 素敵な喫茶スペースにテンションが上がります。 さつまいもケーキを注文。胡麻の生地でとても香ばしい。 友人のチーズケーキも、しっとりしていて美味しかったです。 良い時間を過ごせました。

1泊2日で利用させていただきました。 風情のある和洋室、美味しいお食事、お風呂は宿泊客を制限しているとのことで貸切で利用させていただきました。 心づくしのおもてなしに大満足です。 同じ都内にありながら、都心の喧騒を離れてゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができました。 岩蔵温泉で1軒だけ残された温泉宿とのこと。 ぜひ頑張って続けていってもらいたいです! また利用させていただきます。
