Every year from mid-February to late March, the "Oyagami Onsen Surprised Hina Decoration" event is held in Oyagami Onsen. The main venue is the Numata City Tone Tourist Hall, where about 7,000 Hina dolls are displayed on a special Hina stand measuring 18m wide and 3.8m high, as well as on a special large Hina stand measuring 6.7m wide and 3.8m high. In addition, Hina decorations are displayed in Oyagami Onsen town, participating inns, and the Magoya in Minamigo, Numata City, each with a different concept. The venue displays Hina dolls collected by local residents as well as many dolls from outside the prefecture, making it a rare national-scale Hina decoration display!
