A waterfall where water flows through the riverbed and splashes of water are blown.
This waterfall is 7 meters high and 30 meters wide, and is a nationally designated natural monument and one of Japan's top 100 waterfalls. It is said to have been named Fukikawa Falls because of the way the water splashes up. The waterfall is unique in that the water falls from both sides, and its large scale has earned it the nickname "the Niagara of the Orient"!
