If you want to shop at the Fuso Station, use the dedicated parking lot for "Kashiwa no Ha T-Site". This is a paid service, with a basic fee of the first hour being free, and an additional 150 yen for every 30 minutes thereafter. However, there is a service where you can park for free all day on weekdays if you make a purchase of 1 yen or more inside the building. On weekends and holidays, there is a service where you can park for free for the first hour with a purchase of 1000 yen or more, and an additional free hour for purchases of 3000 yen or more, for a maximum of three hours of free parking. You can use this service to your advantage and save money.
