播州ドライブ、北条鉄道の終点北条町駅あたりから県道23号三木宍粟線を福崎方面に走る。畑交差点に「ゆるぎ岩」の案内看板を見つけた。調べると善人が押せば動くという岩。早速立ち寄ることにした。北へ折れ高峯神社手前を左、突き当たりを右、と進むと獣除けのゲート。開けて車を通し閉める。未舗装の道路を500メートルほど進むと河上神社大鳥居があり、道路脇に車を停めた。 杉林を進みゆっくりと坂を登る。そんなに急な坂ではないがスニーカー程度の靴が良いかも知れない。10分ほどで無事到着。 想像よりも大きな岩。簡単には動かず、力一杯リズミカルに何度も押すと動いた感じがした。岩は神々しく、非常に神秘的で、岩から手に何かが伝わって来た感じでした。

ゆるぎ岩 兵庫県 加西市 河上神社の鳥居から 対面して右へ 進み低山 愛宕山 標高.308m 山の中腹鎮座する 2つ並びの岩 高さ4m 周囲8m 良い光が射しておりました。 御祈りして 道を戻り 愛宕山 山頂まで脚を伸ばしてみました。 頂上 展望 見晴らしは良かったです。 その後 山を下って 高峯神社の裏山 畳岩 行者岩へ 加西市畑町

県道から細い道を北上して行くと獣除けの柵に行く手を阻まれますが、扉を開けて通行することができます。扉を通過したらすぐに扉を閉める必要があります。柵より奥は未舗装道路で、轍の深いところもあるので車高の低い車は注意が必要です。しばらく進み河上神社の鳥居のところに車を停めます。あとは案内板の通りに歩くと行き着きます。山道なのでスニーカーが必要です。5月に訪れましたが、静かな杉林に野鳥のさえずりがあちこちで絶え間なく聞こえました。 二つの岩が寄り添って立っており、しめ縄がかかっている方がゆるぎ岩です。岩を揺するにはコツがあります。隣の岩に高さ4、50cmほどの足を乗せられる場所があるので、そこに立ってゆるぎ岩のなるべく上部をリズミカルに押すと揺れます。しめ縄や岩に生えた草木が揺れることで判別できます。ビデオ撮影の場合は三脚などでカメラを固定させると揺れているのがハッキリ撮影できると思います。 説明の看板に書かれている法道仙人は、神戸市の多聞寺、三木市の伽耶院、加西市の一乗寺など播磨地域に100を超える多くの寺院を開山したインドから来た仙人です。加古川市志方町にある「投げ松」は仙人が一乗寺から放り投げたと言われています。
