The Higashinaruse Dam was named after the legend of the Mukunashi River.
This multipurpose dam was built in 1969 on the Mukunashi River, a tributary of the Numata River, as part of the Numata River Comprehensive Development Project. Its purpose is to regulate floods, supply water for drinking and industrial use, and generate electricity. Infrastructure improvements have been made, and it is now known as "Hakuryu Lake".

Botu-ji Temple, located about a 30-minute drive from Shiroryu Lake, is a temple founded in 1397 by Haruhira Kobayakawa. The temple was established by inviting the famous monk Gu Chushu and is known as a dojo for Buddha's teachings and meditation. It is said that the temple once had 88 temples within the mountain and over 3,000 sub-temples throughout the country. Botu-ji Temple has seven beautiful temple buildings lined up, with iraka (Japanese roof tiles) as its characteristic feature. There are also numerous temple treasures, such as a Jizo-do hall and a silk-painted statue of the great Zen master Daito. Additionally, there is a monument to the haiku poet Santoka Taneda, making one feel a connection to the world of literature. The temple is surrounded by old cedar trees, and particularly during the summer's lush greenery and autumn's foliage, it offers a beautiful scenery that attracts many tourists and creates a lively atmosphere. Visiting Botu-ji Temple allows you to experience a wonderful space where history and nature are in harmony.

White Dragon Lake is a lake located in Hiroshima Prefecture, formed by the Mokori Dam. The lake has a storage capacity of 7.54 million tons of water. The lake shore is lined with beautiful cherry blossom trees and is known as a famous cherry blossom spot. Especially in April, the cherry blossom trees are lit up at night, allowing you to enjoy a fantastic view of the cherry blossoms. On the west side of the lake, there is a square where you can enjoy fishing and park golf, and it is developed as a rest area for drives. On the east side of the lake, there is a facility called "Michi-no-Eki Yogan-su Shiroryu," which has a direct sales market for local products. Furthermore, upstream of the lake, there is a vast sports village park where you can enjoy various sports. White Dragon Lake is a place where the beauty of nature and the enjoyment of activities are fused, making it the perfect spot to enjoy local specialties and scenery. Access by Rental Car Recommended
Access to Shiroryu Lake is recommended by rental car. There are several ways to access the lake, such as driving north on National Route 432 from Kawachi Station on the Sanyo Main Line, and after about 6km, you will arrive at Mukunashi Dam (Shiroryu Lake) in about 15 minutes. You can also access the lake by car in about 30 minutes from the Hongo IC or Kawachi IC on the Sanyo Expressway. In addition, you can reach the lake by car in about 10 minutes from the Flight Road Yamato Minami IC. There are several ways to access the lake, such as driving north on National Route 432 from Kawachi Station on the Sanyo Main Line, and after about 6km, you will arrive at Mukunashi Dam (Shiroryu Lake) in about 15 minutes.

湖の岸辺には桜並木が連なり、水面に映える桜の名所として知られています。4月には提灯による桜並木のライトアップが行われ、幻想的な夜桜を見ることができます。湖西側には釣りも楽しめる広場もあり、ドライブの休憩所として整備されています。また湖東側には「道の駅よがんす白竜」があり、特産品が買える産直市場があるほか、少し上流にはスポーツ村公園があり、さまざまなスポーツを楽しむことができます。

春は、桜まつりが開催され夜にはラットアップもされます。 昼間は、桜の下でお弁当を楽しむ方もたくさん。 4月はじめ開花のタイミングと合えば、復活した花火と桜もコラボも見れます。 無料駐車場も完備。 一年中、和やかな景色を楽しむ事ができる場所です。
