Matsusaka Castle Ruins is a castle built during the Edo period, and now only magnificent stone walls remain. The castle ruins were built on an independent hill with an elevation of 38 meters, called Yoihon no Mori, and its magnificent stone walls still remain. In 2011, it was designated as a national historic site. From the castle ruins, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Matsusaka city and its surroundings.
