Access

Access from JR Morioka Station by Bus to Chahata for 10 Minutes
If you're using public transportation to access Morioka Hachimangu Shrine, take the Iwate-Ken Kotsu Bus bound for Chahata from JR Morioka Station. It takes about 10 minutes to arrive at the Hachimangu-mae bus stop. From there, you can easily reach the shrine on foot. If you're using a car, take National Route 4 via the Morioka-Minami Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway. It takes about 5 km and 15 minutes to reach the shrine. Parking is also available, making it convenient for those coming by car.
