Fish indigo Kannon statue overlooking the sea and town of Kamaishi
This Kannon statue was built to pray for peace in both the physical and spiritual worlds. The interior is divided into 13 floors, where 33 Kannon and the Seven Lucky Gods are enshrined. Observation decks are located on the 11th and 12th floors, offering views from a height of 120 meters above sea level.
