The Yuji Koseki Memorial Hall is a museum that honors the achievements of the super-famous composer, Yuji Koseki, who was born in Fukushima City. It opened in 1988 to continue the legacy of "Koseki melodies." The tower, reminiscent of the children's song "Pointed Hat," is also popular for its distinctive appearance.
