As you enter the Ashinomaki hot spring town, you will be greeted by the Ashinomaki Hot Spring Kagayaki Park. Inside the park is a footbath with a source spring that flows down from the best viewpoint, where you can relax and soak your feet while enjoying the view. There is also a monument inspired by the "Sazae-do" in Aizu-Wakamatsu City, which is lit up at night, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The footbath is also known for its luxurious view of seasonal flowers blooming on the slope and the mountains. It's a charming spot that changes its atmosphere completely between day and night.

The hot springs of Ashinomaki have abundant water. In front of Kaneyorishinsha Shrine, which enshrines the male genitalia as a sacred object, there is a footbath that anyone can use. It has been loved by many people for a long time and is called "the hot spring of fertility". It is said that if you soak your feet in the hot water, you will be blessed with many children. It is also said to be effective for fatigue recovery, neuralgia, and gastrointestinal diseases, making it perfect for refreshing yourself!

Located just below Ashinomaki Onsen Kagayaki Park, "Ashi Popo" is a footbath where you can easily enjoy hot springs while waiting for a bus or after strolling through the hot spring town. It's a natural hot spring footbath that flows directly from the source. It has a roof, making it easy to use even in bad weather, and on sunny days, you can enjoy the footbath while shading yourself from the sun. Next to the footbath, there is a large tree growing, making it feel like a garden. At Ashinomaki Onsen Station, adorable cats welcome trains as they arrive. Following the passing of honorary stationmaster "Love," attendant "Sakura" now works at the station. Although photography of the working cats is prohibited, they are incredibly popular and provide comfort to both tourists and locals with their lovable charm. The station is so popular among cat lovers and railway fans that a short drama series called "Nyan Travel Railway," featuring working cats, has been produced. Ashinomaki Onsen Station is a healing spot loved by many, and a cafe is also located on the premises, so why not enjoy a relaxing tea time while being comforted by cats?
