The view from the Mount Osore Observatory is truly breathtaking. Looking down from an altitude of 1,011 meters, Lake Towada boasts the 12th largest area in Japan, and its blue surface is sure to soothe your soul. You can also see the caldera lake and lava dome formed by volcanic activity, and be moved by the power and beauty of nature. Especially during the autumn foliage season or on nights when the starry sky is beautiful, it's an exceptional spot. A must-see for hobbyists!
