Access to the Ebisu Beer Memorial Museum in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo can be achieved by taking the train to the nearest station, Ebisu Station on the JR Yamanote Line. From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line and arrive at Ebisu Station in about 25 minutes. It's just a 7-minute walk from the east exit of Ebisu Station to the Ebisu Beer Memorial Museum. 【ガイドツアーはおすすめ】【特別なヱビスがいただけるがちょっとお高い】恵比寿のビール工場跡地にガーデンプレイスが開業してから30年、2024年4月に新装オープンとなったYEBISU BREWERY TOKYO。ざっくり分けて、ミュージアムとブルワリー、そしてビールのテイスティング（ビールを飲むこと）ができるタップエリアに分かれています。そして毎日数回、館内ガイドツアー＆ビール試飲の「YEBISU the JOURNEY」（1,800円）は1か月前から予約を受け付けていますが、午前帯はすぐ埋まるようですね。今回は予約を取れなかったのですが、リニューアル前に一度参加したときは、ミュージアムの解説はもとより、美味しいビールの注ぎ方や飲み方などの説明も楽しかった記憶があります。ガイドツアーに参加しなくても、ミュージアムは自由に見学できますし、タップエリアでビールをオーダーして味わうことができます。ここで提供されるビールは、YEBISU∞（インフィニティ）（1,100円）はじめ、ここでしか飲めないような種類のものばかり。その分お値段はタンブラーで1,100円からとお安くはありません。あと、私が行ったときは館内かなり空いていたのですが、タップルームの案内がよくなくて、表示を見ても迷うし、迷っているとここじゃなくてこっちと動かされるしで、もう少し動線をわかりやすく示すなり案内するなりしてほしかったです。ちょっとこのあたりの対応の塩っぽさが、館内の雰囲気ととてもミスマッチでした。たまたまなんだとは思いますけどね。雰囲気のある館内で映える写真も狙いつつ、YEBISU∞とFOGGY ALE 2024（1,200円）、あとクリームチーズ（500円）で美味しいビールを堪能し、サーブする手際の良さも楽しんで、施設を後にしました。勉強になりました＆ごちそうさまでした決済：カード、電子マネー、コード（2024年7月訪問） 5,2,2,4,3,5,5

YEBISU BREWERY TOKYOに行きました‼️ 恵比寿ガーデンプレイスにあるSAPPOROのブリュワリー。絶対にここで飲んでみたかったんです‼️ ツアーもやっています。ツアーは要予約。ここでしか飲めないビールがあるので飲む飲むー。ビアホールに入ると席は満席に近い。平日なのにすごい。しかもまだ３時なのに皆さんビールを飲んでます笑まずは受付を機械で。番号札が出てきたらそれを持ってタップルームへ。番号札にQRコードがついているので読み込むと待ち組数の確認が出来る。しかもお知らせしてくれる。便利です。いざタップルームへ。 4種飲み比べセット（220ml）1800円ポークアラビアータ700円をオーダー。キャッシュレスで現金は使えないので注意です。クレジット決済、電子マネー、コード決済が出来ます。ビールが４種類注がれます。泡が綺麗ー。トレーに乗せてテーブルへ。ビールはエビス♾️ エビス♾️ブラック Foggy ale 2024（フォギーエール） Harvestsun（ハーベストサン）うわー、どれも美味しそう‼️ どれから飲もうー。エビス♾️ブラックは最高ー。ぷはー。エビス♾️も‼️ ハーベストサンはその次。フォギーエールはまあまあ。しかしみんな飲んでいるから昼からビールも背徳感はないー。１時間だけの利用となります。さっと飲んで待っている人に席は譲ります。 YEBISU BREWERY TOKYOはビールの歴史も体験コーナーもあるし、美味しいビールの飲み比べも出来て最高ー‼️でした。

初めてツアーに参加しました。少し迷いましたが、何とか無事に到着しました。初めてですと少し迷います。エビスの歴史を紹介して頂き最後はお決まりのビール🍺です。少し🍺は美味しい　のですが、物足りなさを感じました。お代わりがあれば、ビール党にとっては最高ですね😀🍺 とても、楽しく過ごさせて頂きました。😀
