This is a wooden bell tower built in the streets of a storehouse town. It has three tiers and is approximately 16 meters tall. The bell rings four times a day at 6:00 a.m., noon, 3:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m., allowing visitors to fully experience the atmosphere of Koedo Kawagoe.

The Bell of Time is located just a stone's throw away from Ichiban-gai, about a 10-minute walk from Hon-Kawagoe Station. While Hon-Kawagoe Station is the nearest station, it's also possible to access it by foot from Kawagoe-shi Station or Kawagoe Station. You can also reach it by car, but parking is limited, and if you go at a later time, there's a possibility you'll have to park far away from Ichiban-gai, so please be careful.
