Hirugami Onsen Enjoy the "Bijin no Yu" and Revitalize Your Skin
In the serene atmosphere of Hirugami Onsen, hot spring inns line up along the clear stream of the Achi River, offering various types of "Bijin no Yu," one of Japan's best hot springs, including garden open-air baths and private baths. The water, boasting a strong alkaline level of pH 9.7, removes old keratin from the skin, leaving it smooth and silky, while sodium and chlorine ions moisturize the skin. Whether day or night, immerse yourself in the hot springs to relieve fatigue and obtain beautiful skin. Why not treat yourself to the ultimate reward?
Point 2

Japan's Best Peach Blossom Village, where Tricolor Flowers Bloom in Abundance

Hirugami Onsen Japan's Best Peach Blossom Village, where Tricolor Flowers Bloom in Abundance
If you want to enjoy the beautiful and intriguing "flower peach," where different colored flowers bloom on a single branch, then you must visit in spring. Achimura is known as "Japan's best peach blossom village," and from mid-April to early May, around 10,000 tricolor flowers in red, white, and pink bloom in abundance. Take a leisurely stroll along the Achigawa River or soak in a hot spring while enjoying the spring scenery, and you will surely be fascinated by its splendor! During the flowering season around the Chushin Onsen area, the public parking lot with a capacity of 100 cars is charged and crowded, so please be careful. However, if you stay at a hot spring inn, you can park your car at the accommodation with peace of mind.
Point 3

Enjoy the "Best Starry Sky in Japan" at Night

Hirugami Onsen Enjoy the "Best Starry Sky in Japan" at Night
Achi Village, where the Hirugami Hot Spring Resort is located, has been certified as the "place where the stars shine the brightest in Japan." After enjoying a dinner featuring local seasonal ingredients and the hot springs, simply taking a leisurely stroll along the Achi River can make for a special night. However, if you want to see the ultimate starry sky, we recommend participating in the "Sky Paradise Night Tour," which is about a 10-minute drive from the inn! The 15-minute starry sky swim on the ropeway will be a lifelong memory. Tour buses also depart from the inn, so you can enjoy a drink without worrying about driving.
Point 4

Morning Market, a Specialty of Hirugami, Held Every Day of the Year

While you may want to spend your mornings at a hot spring resort in a relaxed manner, you may also want to go sightseeing outside. Hirugami Onsen can fulfill such desires. At the morning market within walking distance from the inns, local producers welcome travelers with smiles, offering seasonal ingredients, processed goods such as jam and bread, and handmade leather products. Starting your day with warm interactions with friendly locals is one of the joys of traveling, isn't it?
Point 5

A Hotel with a Variety of Bathing Facilities

Hirugami Onsen A Hotel with a Variety of Bathing Facilities
If you're lost on where to stay, we recommend the "Chushin Hinokuni Grand Hotel" first. The clean and modern atmosphere and the welcoming staff will immediately make you happy upon entering the hotel. As for the hot springs, there are various bathing facilities such as the observation large public bath on the top floor, the garden bath on the first floor, the lying bath, the pottery bath, and the サウナ, allowing you to fully enjoy the hot springs within the hotel. The quality of the food, the variety and size of the hot spring facilities, and the cleanliness and size of the hotel are all of high quality, yet the accommodation fee is set at a reasonable price, making it a highly satisfying stay.
Point 6

After enjoying the Hiruson Hot Springs, why not stop by the "Manchuria Development Peace Memorial Museum," located about a 5-minute drive from the hot springs. It is the only museum in Japan that deals with "Manchurian Immigration History." Through videos and materials, you can learn about the actual lives of agricultural immigrants who came from Japan to develop Manchukuo. In addition, the "Storytelling Meeting," where former members who were able to return to Japan despite numerous casualties directly convey the situation at the time, is a must-see. Regardless of age or gender, you won't want to miss the opportunity to hear valuable experiences that should not be forgotten by everyone! In your travels, may you gain not only healing, joy, and encounters, but also important knowledge.
