Oya stone, which was also used in the former main building of the Imperial Hotel. The quarry site is a huge underground space created when Oya stone was excavated over a period of about 70 years. Currently, it is used for a wide range of purposes such as concerts, drama and movie filming, and is also illuminated.

Takisanzan Fudōson is a temple located at an altitude of 376.9m on Mt. Taki, about a 7-minute drive from the Oya Stone Quarry Site and Oya Museum. When you climb the 126 steps from the parking lot, you can see the main hall. If you continue further into the back of the main hall, there is a walking path. After climbing about 1,300 steps on the mountain path, there is a large area at the top of Mt. Taki with an outstanding view. Combining the Oya Stone Quarry Site and Oya Museum with Takisanzan Fudōson allows you to enjoy both nature and history/culture at the same time, making it an attractive destination!
