It is the only cycling terminal with accommodation facilities on the Shimanami Kaido. It has the best location where you can see the Kurushima Kaikyo Bridge from any room. Approximately 400 rental bicycles are available, and there are also restaurants and souvenir shops. On holidays, the Shimanami Kaido is crowded with tourists cycling.

2023.12.10（日）10時〜17時おばさん3人組で今治から尾道までアシスト自転車でしまなみ海道、約70kmを走破。この日は風もなく気温も20℃くらいあったので半袖で平気でした。最高のサイクリング日和で、景色も素晴らしかったです！

10数年前はここがレンタサイクルの拠点でしたがレンタサイクルの受付が新しくできてました 1台3000円 1日借りればいいですが来島海峡大橋だけをチャリでと思った時には割高になりますいろんな種類の自転車があり好みの自転車を選びます QRコードを読み込んで申し込みます事前申し込みをお勧めします

24.5.8 橋を徒歩で下ったあと、寄ってみました。平日だからか、とても空いていました。レストランは先客が1組のみ。レモンジュースやゆずジュースはアイスとホットが選べます。聞いたところによると、県外からのお客さんはレモンジュースを頼む方が多いとのことで、ホットレモンジュースを頼んでみましたが、甘さと苦さと酸っぱさと、とてもバランスがよく飲みやすく、美味しかったです。サンドもポテトが沢山ついていましたがぺろりと食べてしまいました。レモンプリンが好評のようでしたのでデザートに頼んでみるとこれまた美味しい。カフェで来られた方やお腹に余裕のある方はぜひ食べてみてください。橋を背景に食べれるのがまたとてもよく、素敵な場所です。お土産等も沢山置いてありました。サイクリングやウォーキングの途中、ここによることをオススメします。
