Tokoro Museum Oomishima

A small art museum built on a slope in a mandarin orange grove on the west coast of Oomishima. The futuristic and sophisticated building blends mysteriously into the landscape of Oomishima. Noe Katz's work greets visitors right from the entrance. Inside the museum, works by Noe Katz, Marisol, Takashi Fukai, Munehiro Ikeda, Norichika Hayashi, Claudine Drai, and Giacomo Manzu are displayed as visitors descend the slope. The bottom floor opens up to a spacious terrace facing the sea, offering a view of the beautiful archipelago.
