This waterfall is one of the famous waterfalls with a great drop in Kyushu. The best part about this waterfall is that you can enjoy it differently depending on the season. In spring, cherry blossoms, in summer, hydrangeas, and in autumn, autumn leaves make the waterfall even more gorgeous. Also, the night illumination is one of the highlights.

Parking

Use the Parking Lot to Easily Come and Go to the Waterfall
Near the Mikeri Waterfall, there are two parking lots. One is located closest to the waterfall and can accommodate about 10 cars. However, this parking lot is a bit narrow, so be careful when using it! The other is located near "Ajisai no Yado Toso," and can also accommodate about 10 cars. Although it's a bit further from the waterfall, it's still within walking distance and close enough to not worry about the distance! Both parking lots are free to use, so consider using them for your sightseeing.

Access

Easy Access to Touring by Car
For easy access to the Mikaeri Waterfall, it is recommended to travel by car. If you use a car to get from Saga Station to the waterfall, it will take about 45-50 minutes depending on the traffic conditions of the day. If you use public transportation, it takes about 50 minutes from JR Saga Station to JR Chikuzen Station, and then about 10 minutes by taxi. However, there is a free parking lot on site, so touring by car is convenient and recommended!
