This is a two-stage waterfall known as the Satsuma Kegon, with a height of 26.2m and a width of 15m. There is a small bridge in front of the waterfall, and you can cross it to reach the observation deck on the other side, as well as the Iwakage Tanada and the Iwakage Sengyo area. In midsummer, the area around the waterfall is cool and comfortable, making it an ideal summer resort. Let's visit and spend a cool and comfortable time there during the hot summer!

Recommended Access by Car!
Access to Fujimoto Waterfall in Satsumasendai City is convenient by car. It takes about 15 minutes by car from the Hiwaki Road Station "Yuyukan" and the Ichino Onsen town, about 30 minutes by car from Kanoe Station and Kurikino Station, about 50 minutes by car from Kagoshima Chuo Station, and about 70 minutes by car from Kagoshima Airport. By using these routes, you can access Fujimoto Waterfall in a relatively short amount of time. You can enjoy the beauty of nature and feel the power and coolness of the waterfall.
