The Yamanashi Prefectural Archaeological Museum is a tourist spot where you can learn about the history of Yamanashi from the Jomon period to modern times. With over 860 diverse exhibits such as Jomon pottery and figurines, you can also enjoy experiences such as fire starting and making magatama beads. Lectures and Jomon courses on Zoom are also held, making it highly recommended for those interested in archaeology. You can also see valuable materials excavated from the Kai Choushi-zuka Kofun and the ruins of Kofu Castle. Please come and visit at least once!
