While the property is a little dated, the rooms are clean. I booked a total of 3 rooms for my family for a 2-night stay and we got the corner units where the rooms were very spacious.
The location is very close to Niigata Station which makes it easy for sightseeing whether you are traveling by trains or buses. There are also lots of restaurants and convenient stores in the area so you will not have problems finding a place to fill your belly. :)
