Strongest wrestler Raiden's house with a dohyo (sumo ring) he built.
This building was built by Raiden Tameemon, the strongest sumo wrestler in the history of sumo wrestling, with an unprecedented winning rate of 96.2%, who was active from 1767 to 1825. It has been relocated and restored and is now open to the public as a cultural asset of Togura Kamiyamada City. The house has a dohyo (sumo ring) inside, and has a unique structure where you can watch sumo wrestling from the second-floor box seats. There is also a grave of the sumo wrestler Raiden located a short distance away, which can be visited.
