Nagakura Shrine

This historic shrine is recorded in the "Engishiki Jinmeicho" within Nagakura Park. It is said to have been in this location since the Heian period. The sound of the Yagawa stream is soothing, and the air is pure, making it a pleasant shrine to visit. Inside the shrine grounds, there is a sumo ring and a sacred pond.
