The staff was so kind the entire trip. When we first got to our room, it looks beautiful and clean, but the room smelled musty. Upon looking out the window at the baseball field, we saw a ton of moisture and mold around the window. We called and asked for a new room, which they immediately provided one floor up.
The new room still smelled a bit musty (not as much as the first room), and there was still mold in the window, but far less. We settled with that room as the rest of it was lovely and clean. We ran the air purifier the entire stay.
For anyone who is tattooed like us, you cannot use the onsen in the hotel. Just a friendly heads up.
The coin laundry was fantastic to have on site.
