The Mobility Resort Motegi, famous as the venue for the F1 Grand Prix, has an international racing course that is 4.8km long. Mobility Resort Motegi is a comprehensive leisure facility in Motegi Town where you can enjoy vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and carts. It features Motegi Circuit, as well as kart courses, MTB courses, a pool, lodging facilities, restaurants, shops, and more. Races such as MotoGP and the All Japan Super Formula Championship are held at Motegi Circuit, attracting many racing fans. At Circuit Cruise, you can drive your own car or motorcycle, or rent a car and enjoy a drive. The kart course is also well-equipped and can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. There are MTB courses for beginners to advanced riders. 10月の3連休あとの金土に訪問しました。金曜は生憎の雨のためか平日だからか、ある意味閑散とした感じでしたが、その分待ち時間もなく楽しめました。翌土曜日は夏日になるほどで晴れていましたが、やはりそんなに人はおらず、ほぼ待ち時間なしで楽しめました。アトラクションに年齢制限などがあり、3歳以上、6歳以上などで、楽しめる乗り物が変わってきます。この施設の一番素晴らしい点は、未就学児がモータースポーツの基本を楽しく学び体験出来るところだと思います。バイクとカート以外は小さい子供向けのアトラクションかと思います。車で訪れる場合はどこのICからも遠いです。当日宿泊者は、パーク開園の1時間前から入場出来、ホテルでチケット等を受け取れます。ホテルからパークも遠いので車移動になります。予約の際はサーキットのレース日程も確認した方が良いでしょう。ホテルの部屋はスーペリアファミリーKUTSUROGIを利用しましたが、広くてゆったり出来る部屋でした。サーキット側だと、遠くでレーシングカーが走るのを見れます。夕食のバイキングはそこそこのお味かと思います。

10月の平日に利用。水戸方面から向かったがとにかく山奥にあり、途中心配になる(googlemapに従っていたら通行止め迂回が発生し、余計不安になる)がちゃんとたどり着けた。 googlemap含めナビだとETC非搭載車への配慮なのか水戸ICや友部ICを案内されるがETC搭載車は水戸北ICを利用するのがいいらしい。場所もそうだが施設的にも車好きな人が多く来場する場所なので駐車場が非常に広い。駐車場ゲートで一番パークに近いS1というところを案内されたがゲートからS1まで5分くらい走行する。道中、コンビニもないのでトイレに行きたいという人がいたら駐車場ゲートかS4駐車場のトイレに立ち寄っておいたほうが良い。平日ということもあり、遠足とバッティングして混雑するかと思ったが、(案の定、遠足が来たが)スタッフの方がもうすぐ団体さんが来るので何時ごろに来ていただいたほうがいいですよと親切に教えてくださり時間を有効に使えた。アトラクション数はそんなに多くないが施設が広く、とても1日では回り切れない(Hello woodsの森は東京ドーム9個分とのこと。) アトラクションではたいていスタッフの方がパスポートかチケットのチェックをするがおさんぽでんでんだけは入場券売り場でコインをもらって自分でいれて稼働させる。車のアトラクションだけではなく、体を動かすアトラクションも多いので大人は筋肉痛覚悟。準備運動必須。ドライバーは帰り居眠り運転注意(私は出発前にユンケル飲みました。)

社員研修で訪問、一泊の二日間大雨で、コレクションホールに入り浸り、ホテルは最高、夕食がバーベキュー会場の屋外屋根付きで30人大騒ぎで飲みすぎから部屋飲みで、目が覚めたら、仲間に連れてこられて、食堂へビックリ、大勢の小学生、とても良い子達が沢山の朝のご挨拶をしてくれて、大の大人がビシッとせなあかんと思いました。朝食後、乗っていった自家用車でレーシングコースを周回、サーキットラウンジで昼食弁当も割と良かった。雨でも十分楽しめました。
