Yokohama Motomachi Shopping Street is a 600-meter-long street lined with stylish and sophisticated Western-style boutiques, retail stores, cafes, restaurants, and more. It's also located near the largest Chinatown in Japan and is known as the birthplace of the 1970s and 80s trend "Hamatora". Brands such as Mihama, Kitamura, and Fukuzo are still very popular today. There are also stylish cafes, unique miscellaneous goods stores, and well-regarded restaurants scattered throughout the backstreets, making it a recommended spot for shopping and strolling.
