The hot springs were amazing. The hotel and rooms need updating there are stains on carpets and seating areas in public places. The staff were very friendly but had a hard time explaining some things. Taxis take 30 min to come to the hotel to pick you up, plan way ahead. Train station is not close with bags, walking without is easy. Also all restaurants nearby close very early and not many.
