The staff were excellent. Always top notch customer service in Japan. Chrisel, Ace, and Mr. Abe were very friendly and helpful. The Housekeepers were also so professional and quick to assist. I wouldn't stay again though. There's just not enough to do in the area. The Hot Springs were fun but after a couple of times it got boring. It's not the Hotel's fault and it's just a bit dead in the area. Nothing close enough to walk to and entertain yourself with.
