At the Wakayama Prefectural Museum, why not explore the deep history of Wakayama Castle, including the layout designed by Toyotomi Hideyoshi's younger brother, the multiple-layered donjon built by Asano Yukinaga, and the Ninomaru built by Tokugawa Yorinobu? The 360-degree panoramic view from the more than 170 engraved stone walls is a must-see. Exhibited are also items related to the Kishu Tokugawa family. The view of the cityscape from the castle, which has overcome fires and lightning strikes, is breathtakingly beautiful!
