The Hidaka Minato Shioya Ryokuchi is a park known by the nickname "Sio Top". The park is well-maintained and benches are also provided. In the water park, seawater is brought in, allowing you to observe the marine life and small fish of the Hidaka Port area up close. This green park was developed in 2009 and is also known as a new tourist attraction. Various events are held, including fish releases. From the park, you can enjoy the view of the Kii Channel and the pleasant sea breeze, making it an ideal place for rest and relaxation. In addition, a green park surrounds the water park at Sio Top, and a statue of "GeGeGe no Kitaro and the Yokai of Wakayama" drawn by Shigeru Mizuki is also installed. Access

10 Minutes by Car from Goza IC!
To access Hidakaminato Shioya Ryokuchi (Sio Top) by public transportation, take the Goza Nankai Bus bound for Innami from JR Goza Station and get off at the "Ojikigawa" bus stop, which is about a 10-minute ride. From there, it's about a 3-minute walk. If you're driving, you can access the park in about 10 minutes by car via Route 42, which is about 6km from the Goza IC on the Yunomine Goza Road. Alternatively, you can take Prefectural Route 25 via the Goza Minami IC on the Hanwa Expressway, which will take about 8 minutes to arrive.
