It's cheap but it's slightly far away from the busiest part of Shisaibashi. It's quite a walk in winter. The hotel is in business district so there are some good restaurants nearby but do reserve in advance. hotel offers some free activities. A lot of mainland tourists in groups stay here so could be a bit noisy sometimes. the hotel doesn't provide bottled water and their staff refused to help reserve restaurants for us. Quite disappointing
