Nice on the whole but a few quibbles. Not great for Gluten Free. Told the about allergy but no breakfast options available at all. I could have French toast with Fruit Salad but without the French toast. So all that was available was a small cup of fruit salad for the price of a breakfast. The roof top bar is just a balcony next to the air conditioning units with 3 small tables. My wife asked about a hairdryer at check-in and was told they rent Dyson hairdryers for 500 yen a day extra so she rented one. When we got to the room there was a hairdryer already in the room. So we rented a premium one for no reason..
