Access

Convenient Bus Access from Kintetsu Yagi Station!
There is no train access to Totsukawa Village, where Totsukawa Onsen is located. Therefore, to get to Totsukawa Onsen, you can either use a car or take a bus from Kintetsu Yagi Station. It takes about 4 hours by Nara Kotsu bus from Kintetsu Yagi Station. It takes about 2 and a half hours by the same bus line from Minami-Wakayama's Shingu Station. Why not take the longest bus route in Japan and slowly make your way to Totsukawa Onsen?

Exploring the World Heritage Site "Sacred Sites and Pilgrimage Routes in the Kii Mountain Range"
Around the Totsukawa Onsen area, there is a World Heritage Site called "Sacred Sites and Pilgrimage Routes in the Kii Mountain Range." Why not take a walk along the Kumano Kodo, a pilgrimage route that has been visited by many ascetics since ancient times, before going to the hot springs? The Kumano Sanjyaodo is a road that leads from Koyasan to Kumano Hongu Taisha, crossing three passes: the Obako Pass, Miura Pass, and Kaname Pass. It also passes through Totsukawa Village. When visiting Totsukawa Village, be sure to experience the sacred atmosphere of the ancient Kumano pilgrimage route.
