Inabuchi Tanada, located in Asuka Village, Nara Prefecture, is a place where a beautiful landscape selected as one of Japan's top 100 terraced rice fields spreads out. It is formed by more than 300 rice paddies and fields, strongly preserving the original scenery of the rural area. In spring, you can enjoy the yellow rapeseed flowers, and in autumn, the red spider lilies bloom, allowing you to appreciate various flowers throughout the seasons. From the Tanada Observatory on the north side of the rice terraces, you can overlook Inabuchi Tanada. Inabuchi Tanada is said to have been developed from the Heian period to the Muromachi period. You will undoubtedly be moved by the beautiful scenery of the traditional Satoyama that has been passed down since ancient times.
