Cultural Facility in the Heart of Uji
The Uji City Genji Museum is a popular tourist spot located in the center of Uji City. It's about an 8-minute walk from the nearest Keihan Uji Station and a 15-minute walk from JR Uji Station. If using Kintetsu, take a bus from Kintetsu Okubo Station on the Kyoto line, get off at the "Keihan Uji" bus stop, and walk for about 8 minutes to arrive. There is a parking lot available, allowing for access by car, but the Uji City Genji Museum recommends using public transportation.
