This is a great hotel overall, enjoyed all the facilities, especially the onsens. It is lovely not to wearing shoes at all and walked on clean tatami. The hotel lobby is always busy though, 24 hour front desk is great but I could see staff is a bit stressed and distanced, yet still helpful. Once you are in the onsen, things do quiet down. The the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended!
